Why choose our Virtual address Basic Package?​

Our basic package, priced at £9.99 +VAT per calendar month or £99.99 +VAT annually, provides a Manchester-based virtual office address for your company. The primary purpose of this package is to serve as a registered office and director service address for official company correspondence. We are pleased to also include, unlike some of our competitors, additional permissions for use of our address which you can see below.

If you have any requests for the usage of our address that fall outside of the listed examples, please contact us for further information. We will assess each request individually and provide written confirmation of any approved usage. In the absence of written confirmation, it should be assumed that permission for the requested usage has not been granted.

Digital Mail Forwarding

The package also includes digital mail forwarding services for all statutory mail and a maximum of two items of business-related mail per calendar month. The mail forwarding policy has been implemented to accommodate instances where suppliers may, in error, send mail to our address on your behalf.

Please note that while our address can be used for various purposes, it is not to be used as a trading address. Business communications such as bank statements and invoices should be directed to your trading or home address. Any excess mail above the two free business mail items included each month will be returned to sender after two weeks. During this time, customers will have the opportunity to collect the mail from our address or have it forwarded for an additional fee.

What is a Statutory Mail?

Statutory mail is sent to your business by a government entity such as HMRC, Companies House or any of the below:

  • Companies House

  • HMRC

  • ONS (Office for National Statistics)

  • ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office)

  • DWP (Department for Work & Pensions)

  • IPO (Intellectual Property Office)

  • Government Gateway Letters

  • Insolvency Service

  • Office for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy

  • Ministry of Justice

All items of statutory mail are digitally forwarded weekly to your designated email address. There will also be a copy available as a backup in your Business Support Club account.

Mail Pick Up Service

A weekly mail pickup service is also available, with appointments that must be scheduled in advance by phone or email, and a valid photo ID must be presented upon collection. Any excess mail above the included two business-related items will be returned to sender after two weeks, with the option to collect the mail in person or have it forwarded for an additional fee. Our weekly mail pickup appointments are generally scheduled on Fridays between 11am and 2pm. You must call before 5pm Thursday to arrange a collection.

Excess Mail​

If an excess of the two free business mail items included in our basic package are received in a given month, they will be returned to the sender after a period of two weeks. During this time, customers will be given the opportunity to collect the mail from our office location or, as an alternative, the mail can be forwarded to an alternate address at a cost of £5 per letter, based on the assumption that each letter is contained within an A4 envelope with space for up to five pages of A4 size paper.
