Why choose our Mail Forwarding Package?​

Our post forwarding package, priced at £18.99 +VAT per calendar month or £189.99 +VAT annually, provides you with a Manchester-based virtual office address for your company. The primary purpose of this package is to serve as a registered office and director service address for official company correspondence, just like our basic package. However, with this package you will also receive some extra perks. All your statutory mail will be forwarded by mail to your designated address & you’ll receive an allowance of up to 5 items of business mail per month too. In addition, buying this package gets you a free one hour slot at our central Manchester meeting room.

If you have any requests for the usage of our address that fall outside of the listed examples, please contact us for further information. We will assess each request individually and provide written confirmation of any approved usage. In the absence of written confirmation, it should be assumed that permission for the requested usage has not been granted.

Digital and Postal Mail Forwarding

Our virtual office package includes the provision of digital and postal mail forwarding services for all statutory mail, as well as a maximum of five items of business-related mail per calendar month. This policy has been implemented to accommodate instances where suppliers may inadvertently send mail to our address on behalf of the customer. By allowing for a reasonable amount of mail forwarding, we aim to ensure that important documents from customers and suppliers are received in a timely manner and without the need to upgrade to a higher package level.

Please note that while our address can be used for various purposes, it is not to be used as a trading address. Business communications such as bank statements and invoices should, where possible, be directed to your trading or home address. Any excess mail above the five free business mail items included each month will be returned to sender after two weeks. During this time, customers will have the opportunity to collect the mail from our address or have it forwarded for an additional fee.

What is a Statutory Mail?

Statutory mail is sent to your business by a government entity such as HMRC, Companies House or any of the below:

  • Companies House

  • HMRC

  • ONS (Office for National Statistics)

  • ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office)

  • DWP (Department for Work & Pensions)

  • IPO (Intellectual Property Office)

  • Government Gateway Letters

  • Insolvency Service

  • Office for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy

  • Ministry of Justice

 

All items of statutory mail are digitally forwarded weekly to your designated email address. There will also be a copy available as a backup in your Business Support Club account.

Mail Pick Up Service

A weekly mail pickup service is also available, with appointments that must be scheduled in advance by phone or email, and a valid photo ID must be presented upon collection. Any excess mail above the included five business-related items will be returned to sender after two weeks, with the option to collect the mail in person or have it forwarded for an additional fee. Our weekly mail pickup appointments are generally scheduled on Fridays between 11am and 2pm. You must call before 5pm Thursday to arrange a collection

Excess Mail​
 

If an excess of the five free business mail items included in our basic package are received in a given month, they will be returned to the sender after a period of two weeks. During this time, customers will be given the opportunity to collect the mail from our office location or, as an alternative, the mail can be forwarded to an alternate address at a cost of £5 per letter, based on the assumption that each letter is contained within an A4 envelope with space for up to five pages of A4 size paper.

Meeting Room​

This package includes a one time free use of our central Manchester meeting room, located at your registered address. You must redeem this within 3 months and please be aware that this is subject to availability.
