A registered office address is the official address of your company. You may not necessarily operate from here, but it's the address that government bodies use to send you official communications.


It's a physical address, so it can't be a P.O. box or a website. It has to be an address where someone can actually receive mail and sign documents.


Why is having a registered office address important?
