DS01 Submission
This product is for customers who wish SUAZ to submit, on their behalf, a DS01 form to Companies House, in order to strike their company off the register. A DS01 form is an application to strike your company off, not a confirmation. At present, this service is only available to companies that have not yet traded.
You must:
-
Close the company bank account, if applicable.
-
Inform all interested parties and HMRC (if you are registered for any taxes) of your decision to dissolve the company. This must be done within 7 days of lodging your application with Companies House.
-
Submit a final return to Companies House. You must state that these are the final accounts due to the planned dissolution of the company.
What Happens Next:
We'll notify you when your application to dissolve your company has been submitted. There is then a period of 2 months where a person or entity can object to you dissolving your business. As you have not traded, this is extremely unlikely. After 2 months, you will be informed when your company has been successfully dissolved.
Choose our virtual office
Providing a registered office address for receiving official communications from Companies House, a virtual office can bring big advantages for your business: a prestigious Manchester city centre business address allows you to keep your home address private and give your professional status a lift.
